Return Policy

At Beniwal Trading Company (BTC), we take pride in delivering high-quality detergent products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return Policy under normal circumstances.

Returns & Refunds:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product once sold, as our products are consumable and use-based. However, in the rare case that a product is proven to be harmful or defective and has caused damage upon proper use, BTC may consider a refund only if the following conditions are met:

1. The customer must provide 100% genuine proof of purchase, including the original invoice.
2. The product must have been purchased directly from BTC or an authorized distributor.
3. The customer must submit valid evidence proving the product was used as per instructions and resulted in harm.
4. The claim will be reviewed under legal jurisdiction, and BTC holds the right to accept or reject refund requests based on findings.

Apart from the above condition, no returns or refunds are possible for any reason. BTC is not liable for improper use, third-party purchases, or dissatisfaction due to personal preference.
